It is made from ancient groves of Arróniz olives, a variety native to northern Spain. The trees produce a small quantity of fruit incredibly rich in polyphenols, making both their flavour and nutritional value unparalleled. The secret to our oil is a combination of the variety, terroir, and meticulous care with which the olives are treated, all the way from the tree to the bottle.
