40% black grapes (Tempranillo, Garnacha, Mazuela) over ripened and 60% white grapes (Parrillera, Viura, Calagreño) that provide acidity.

Everything is harvested at the same time.

Carbonic maceration and aged during 8 months in French Oak cask.
